Accenture neemt geïntegreerd communicatieagentschap Kunstmaan over om zijn “Customer Experience” diensten in België te versterken

Overname van Kunstmaan is volgende stap in de snelle expansie van Accenture Interactive, het agentschap van Accenture

BRUSSEL, 20 april 2017 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) heeft Kunstmaan overgenomen, een onafhankelijk, geïntegreerd Belgisch communicatiebureau. De overname zal de aanwezigheid van Accenture Interactive op de Belgische markt uitbreiden en de diensten op het gebied van merk-, creatief en marketingadvies versterken. De voorwaarden van de transactie werden niet bekend gemaakt.

Kunstmaan staat bekend voor het creëren van impactvolle campagnes en “customer experiences” voor vooraanstaande Belgische bedrijven en merken, zowel on- als offline. Het werk van het bedrijf werd erkend met Effie Awards voor meest doeltreffende merkcommunicatie. Kunstmaan is gespecialiseerd in merkstrategie, creatieve en marketingdiensten, contentcreatie en digitale ontwikkeling. Het agentschap werd in 1998 opgericht en heeft kantoren in Leuven en Antwerpen.

Uit de meest recente ranking van Advertising Age blijkt dat Accenture Interactive het grootste en snelst groeiende digitale agentschap ter wereld is. Het biedt diensten aan inzake digitale klantenervaring die gaan van creatief ontwerp tot technologie, inclusief design, marketingadvies, contentontwikkeling en digital commerce.

Kunstmaan is de elfde overname die de groep Accenture de afgelopen vijf jaar heeft gedaan om het bereik, de draagwijdte en de diepgang van de end-to-end-diensten van Accenture Interactive inzake klantenervaring te vergroten. De deal komt er kort na het recent verwerven van een meerderheidsaandeel in het Duitse digitale agentschap SinnerSchrader en de overname van het Britse creatieve agentschap Karmarama.

BRUSSELS; April 20, 2017 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Kunstmaan, an independent integrated communications agency in Belgium. The acquisition will expand the presence of Accenture Interactive in the Belgian market and strengthen its ability to deliver brand, creative and marketing services to clients. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Kunstmaan is known for creating impactful customer experiences for leading Belgian companies and brands, both online and off. Its work has been recognized with Effie Awards for most effective brand communication. Kunstmaan’s capabilities include brand strategy, creative and marketing services, content creation, and digital development. The agency was founded in 1998 and has offices in Leuven and Antwerp.
